RETURNS/REFUNDS:
We aim for complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of item price (does not include shipping & handling)
SHIPPING:
We try to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt, but since we are small operation, it sometimes takes a bit longer. We appreciate your patience.
US & CANADA: We ship USPS Priority Mail. Delivery is usually in 2-3 business days. California Sales Tax will also be added for California shipments. If you need something urgently, please call or email about Express Mail (overnight). Shipping and handling start at $4.99. Larger orders or items requiring box instead of Priority Envelope shipments will be higher.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS(OUTSIDE U.S. & CANADA): International charges vary on destination, weight, and size. Rates can vary from $9.50 to $40 USD. Shipments take between 4-7 days. In addition, a $1.00 handling fee will be added per item. Most single item international shipments cost $10.50.
When ordering, select "International Express Mail" for your order. Where possible, our preferred shipping method in Global Priority Mail. This is not available to all countries or orders over 4 LBS.

BULK ORDERS: Contact us about special bulk rates for more than 10 items. Note cards and other small low cost items may be less depending on quantity and combination. Your shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed while placing your order.
